About the founder
Stephanie Caruso became a mother on January 19, 2023 — a moment that cracked her open and invited her to bloom into a new version of herself.
Motherhood called her deeper into her own soul, guiding her through a journey of self-discovery, healing, and devotion to the sacred initiation that birth and parenting can be.
Her work is rooted in both training and lived experience, blending evidence-based support with intuitive, heart-centered care. Through The Connected Mothers, Stephanie holds space for women to be seen, heard, and guided as they navigate their own transformation.
