About the founder
Stephanie Caruso is a mother to two beautiful girls (a baby + a toddler). Motherhood cracked her open, inviting her to bloom into a new version of herself and guided her into a deeper knowing within her soul. Through self-connection, healing, and devotion, the sacred initiation of birth and parenting have led her to create this community for mothers.
Stephanie’s work is rooted in both training and lived experience, blending knowledge of the body, mind and soul. She holds space for women to be seen, heard, and guided as they navigate their own transformative journeys.
